Crudo was born from our belief that food should be fresh, tasty, and prepared with local ingredients. We make everything on-site when possible, with love, care and respect for the food. When that's not possible, we seek out the best local purveyors to bring you products we believe in. Every ingredient is hand-chosen, every item handmade - down to the dressings in our local farm salad bar, the mozzarella and sauces on our flat bread pizzas, and the simple condiments on our house-roasted turkey sandwich. At Crudo we provide you with great reasonably-priced food and, we think you'll agree, it's the way we should all be eating!
